The strap teeth face outward, leaving a smoother surface toward the bundle. Select the correct length and installation tension for the cable jacket or hose; outside serration alone does not guarantee damage-free fastening.
The installation range is −20°C to +85°C, and the catalog working range is −40°C to +85°C. The listed tensile strengths are 77 lbf or 110 lbf by model, not safe working-load ratings.

The 115 mm and 180 mm catalog lengths provide options for compact wire-bundle routing in equipment and harness assemblies. For vibrating machinery, confirm fastening locations and validate the selected tie in the actual assembly rather than treating the design name as a vibration rating.
Wire, Hose and Pipe Routing
The 290 mm and 350 mm catalog lengths offer longer straps for bundle routing. Check bundle diameter, head clearance and allowable compression of the wire jacket, hose or pipe before selecting a size.
