Product Details
Haitai double locking cable ties use INVISTA U4820L PA66 and an outside-serrated strap for wire, hose and pipe bundling. The HTJ range includes 6.0 mm and 9.0 mm widths, with four listed lengths from 115 mm to 350 mm for bulk and OEM purchasing.
The strap teeth face outward, leaving a smoother surface toward the bundle. Select the correct length and installation tension for the cable jacket or hose; outside serration alone does not guarantee damage-free fastening.
The installation range is −20°C to +85°C, and the catalog working range is −40°C to +85°C. The listed tensile strengths are 77 lbf or 110 lbf by model, not safe working-load ratings.
Outward-facing teeth keep the serrated side away from the bundle. Choose between the listed 6.0 mm and 9.0 mm strap widths and check contact with the cable or hose surface.
The four HTJ models use a double-locking design for bundle fastening. This is not a double-head tie for two separate loops, and the design name does not mean twice the tensile strength.
The standard HTJ range uses INVISTA U4820L PA66. Installation temperature is −20°C to +85°C; confirm any special color or environmental requirement with your selected size.
Specification Reference
Choose from four HTJ double locking cable tie sizes: 6.0 × 115 mm, 6.0 × 180 mm, 9.0 × 290 mm and 9.0 × 350 mm. All four listed models use INVISTA U4820L PA66; specify model, bundle diameter, color, quantity and packaging when requesting a quotation.
| Model | Material | Width (mm) | Length (mm) | Catalog tensile strength (lbf) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HTJ-115D | PA66 | 6.0 | 115 | 77 |
| HTJ-180D | PA66 | 6.0 | 180 | 77 |
| HTJ-290D | PA66 | 9.0 | 290 | 110 |
| HTJ-350D | PA66 | 9.0 | 350 | 110 |
These are catalog tensile figures, not lifting capacities or safe working-load ratings. Confirm the selected model and any required test conditions before approving a purchase specification.

Applications
Equipment and Harness Routing
The 115 mm and 180 mm catalog lengths provide options for compact wire-bundle routing in equipment and harness assemblies. For vibrating machinery, confirm fastening locations and validate the selected tie in the actual assembly rather than treating the design name as a vibration rating.
Wire, Hose and Pipe Routing
The 290 mm and 350 mm catalog lengths offer longer straps for bundle routing. Check bundle diameter, head clearance and allowable compression of the wire jacket, hose or pipe before selecting a size.
The standard HTJ double locking range uses INVISTA U4820L PA66 (nylon 66). This material specification applies to the four HTJ sizes listed on this page.
HTJ-115D is 6.0 × 115 mm, HTJ-180D is 6.0 × 180 mm, HTJ-290D is 9.0 × 290 mm and HTJ-350D is 9.0 × 350 mm. Send the model and required bundle diameter in mm so the installation fit can be checked.
The catalog tensile strength is 77 lbf for the two 6.0 mm models and 110 lbf for the two 9.0 mm models. These figures are not a safe working load, lifting capacity or rating for the complete installed assembly.
No: double locking describes this range’s locking design, while double head cable ties are a separate product for forming two loops. Select the product by the intended routing arrangement rather than treating the names as interchangeable.
The teeth face outward, so the smoother inner strap faces the wire, hose or pipe bundle. For either 6.0 mm or 9.0 mm width, check the contact surface and tightening force because an outside-serrated design does not eliminate compression or abrasion risks.
The HTJ installation range is −20°C to +85°C; the catalog working range after installation is −40°C to +85°C. Installation involves bending and tightening, so a working-temperature limit must not be substituted for an installation limit.
For any of the four HTJ models, provide the expected UV exposure, fluids, vibration conditions and temperature range for review. PA66 material, black color or a double-locking design alone does not establish a particular outdoor lifetime or vibration-test rating.
Send the HTJ model, order quantity, bundle diameter in mm, color and required pieces per bag, together with any label or certification requirements. Use the inquiry form to confirm pricing, samples, packaging and lead time for your order.
